Daphne Bouwmeester obtained a bachelor’s degree in international law and economics cum laude from Amsterdam University College in 2016. For this bachelor, she studies at Quest University in Canada in 2015. She then completed her bachelor’s degree in law within two years and obtained her master’s degree in criminal law with a specialization in military law in 2019 at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she did an internship at a Dutch Bank, Refugee Work Netherlands and a civil law firm in Utrecht. She also worked at a law firm specialized in criminal cases in Amsterdam. After graduating, she joined OSK. Through her studies and work experience, Daphne has developed a broad and critical perspective with which she is passionate about bringing every case to a successful outcome for her clients. She mainly focuses on general criminal law. In addition, she assists individuals who are confronted with the many measures regarding their driving licens (both criminal and administrative law (CBR)) and issues surrounding the Certificate of Good Behavior (VOG).
