Jelte Lucieer obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law from Leiden University. During his studies, he completed internships and worked at several renowned law firms. After obtaining his Master’s degree, he worked for a year and a half as a clerk in the criminal law department of the District Court of The Hague. He then gained ten months of work experience as a legal assistant at OSK Advocaten.
Jelte has been working as a lawyer at OSK since 2026. He specializes in general criminal law. You can also contact him if you have any administrative and/or criminal law questions about your driving licence or about obtaining a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
Expertise
Jelte Lucieer specializes in:
- (Common) criminal law
- (Air) traffic law, including driving licence procedures at the Central Processing Office of the Public Prosecution Service
- VOG procedures
Jelte is registered with the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA) in the main field of criminal law. Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training points in this field each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the NOvA.
