Education and publications
Laetitia Moerdijk received her bachelor’s degree in Law and propaedeutic degree in Russian Studies (cum laude) from Leiden University. She participated in the Honours College Law, where she took additional courses. She also studied at Cornell Law School in the United States. In 2021 and 2022, respectively, Laetitia obtained the master’s degree in Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law and the master’s degree in Juvenile Law (both cum laude) from Leiden University. During her studies, Laetitia completed various internships, including at the Forensic Center Teylingereind and various law firms. In 2022, Laetitia’s master’s thesis was nominated for the prestigious (international) Jaap Doek Children’s Rights Thesis Prize and published on the Leiden University website. Practice
Laetitia joined OSK Advocaten in 2021 and specialises in community criminal law (including violent crimes, vice cases and property crimes). You can also contact her if you have administrative and/or criminal questions about your driving licence or obtaining a VOG. Laetitia is a committed laywer who is meticulous and thorough. She will be committed at all times to achieving the best possible result.
